Good location

The apartment had a leak two days before and we wasn’t told until we got there. 4 days into the holiday my sons and daughter in law clothes was soaked and damaged.

"Nice and comfortable apartment in good condition, in a good location."

This is in a block of different private owned apartments, which has a shared pool area and a small basketball court (available 6 hours a day) which is ideal for our teenagers. It is close to the beaches, stadium and restaurants. We have been in the same building twice before and this was the nicest apartment, with two bedrooms and a living room, a nice balcony and kitchen. All basics in good condition and clean.

"GREAT PLACE TO STAY - CENTRAL TO EVERYTHING - GREAT HOST"

Apartment was central to everything. Shops, bars, restaurants and supermarket. Our flight landed early so we requested to meet host earlier than planned. Which he did ++. Excellent communication from Cesar. Lovely welcome pack left for us. Wine, OJ, water, nuts, crackers and dips. Had everything we needed in the apartment for our stay. The odd uninvited cockroach but that is only to be expected. Very comfortable beds which is a bonus for a weeks sleep. Hand held part of shower not working so need a shower cap if you don't want your hair to get wet. Overall excellent stay for all of us.

Aircon for all rooms. We had portable air con units for the bedrooms. In the height of summer I would imagine it would be too hot. We managed at 30 degree heat. Not in at all during the day so it was only for night time sleeping.

The location was great - within walking distance of everything and a supermarket very close by. Loved the terrace which was really nice for relaxing and the pool area was never very busy so easy to get a lounger. Nice welcome gift as well and great communication with Cesar!
