Good location. Nice pool and fairly quiet.

On the last day the cleaners came in at 7:15am. Our 7 month old baby was sleeping in the cot in the living room. We were also asleep. We only knew as the towel my wife had put by the door to stop cockroaches entering had moved, we had seen a few roaches in the apartment and realised they were coming in through the gap under the door. We were very distressed when we realised a stranger had been in the room with our very young baby while we were all sleeping. Later, when I challenged the owner he admitted he knew about this but hadn’t mentioned it and told me I’m very wrong to be worried and it’s normal for cleaners to come in like this in any hotel, he said the cleaners also didn’t think we would notice. I don’t think it is normal at 7:15am while it’s most likely the occupants are asleep. Anybody with young children will understand how unacceptable and worrying this is. Other points to note were a lack of hot water in the morning. The place was quite nice but the owner thinks it’s fine to invade on people’s privacy so early when asleep and have total strangers alone in your babies room. The only people who should have had access to our baby during our stay in the apartment were us.

Amazing location. Our second time here. I always look for availability for this place before anywhere else in the area. Very quiet. Very large space. Staff communicating on a regular basis. You're centered between 'The strip' which is the noisy area with bars, restaurants night life which is 5 mins walk. And you're 5 mins walk from Los Cristianos which I would prefer to call the beach area. Majority of the people who were here were +50 years old I'd say so no younger generations getting in at early hours when I stayed.

I love everything. The safe probably needs changing as it needs some playing around before it opens.

Great location, host easy to contact and allowed us to leave in our luggage before check in time. Nice welcome gift and toiletries also provided which was a nice touch. Great balcony.

The shower was cold most of the time and the toilet water ran the whole time so you had to turn it on and off. The fob for the key which you needed for the pool area kept coming off the key ring so could easily be lost.

Great location, everything you need is close yet no noise issues. Nice swimming pool area. Staff was so very nice and helpful: they welcomed us with wine and snacks and also quickly found a solution when we locked our keys in the apartment eventhough it was a public holiday.

Space was a little tight for 4 adults (but we were only 2 in the end so was great). One thing that would help a lot is if the owners put hangers in the bathroom and rooms (for towels, clothes), there were none. But I think the owners could easily add them :)

Location was great and terrace had enough space for having a meal with the whole family.

We really missed the expresso machine and electronic juicer. Rooms were very clean, but several things were out of order (the doors of the wardrobes did not move properly, the leg on the sofa on the terrace was broken, the socket in the bathroom was broken, etc.)
