[Rio's] cozy apartment in the heart of Como

The property is very spacious, clean and situated in a good location.

There were no sunlights in the bedroom.

We loved this apartment, exactly as advertised. Clean, spacious, modern finishes. We quickly felt right at home. Walking distance to the core of Como, train station, and most amenities the city has to offer. It's very easy to get around. The building is secure and felt very safe. The host was very responsive and available when we needed something. Would highly recommend and definitely would stay here again. Thank you for a wonderful stay!

There was not much not to like, only draw back is no air conditioning, but the host provides sufficient fans to make your stay comfortable. Once you settle in and turn on the fans, the place is comfortable. The only other thing is that the pillows on the bed were not comfortable, very loose and not much support, this is more of a personal preference, but I feel that having firmer options in the armoire for guests would be a nice touch.

Spacious and stylish modern apartment, great location for exploring Como. Cristina was a great host and really helpful. Felt like home for a few days. Highly recommended.

The appartement is very nice, well decorated with lots of facilities. The location is perfect in the center of Como not far from the Lake and the main places.

There was no air conditioning and in the middle of august it tends to be quite hot outside so sometimes it was quite hot in the flat when we came home even with the stores down but they were many fans.

Very clean and nice apartment! Soap, shampoo, lotion as well as towels already there! Even things such as coffee, sugar and tea. We had an amazing time there! The host was very nice as well!

The bed sofa creaks very loudly at just a bit of a movement.
