Peaceful, Private and Airy on a 5 acre farm

It was so clean with excellent facilities. Quiet but close to Grand Junction with a genuine country feel.

It was in a peaceful part of town and the owners thought of every detail to make this cute apartment convenient and comfortable!

It was great!

Great to have a private house as a family with table and chairs outside, so we had diner in the garden with a view on goats, very peaceful, we loved that! The bathroom was very clean and everything needed in the kitchen with all the informations.

The sofa bed is broken so it’s not horizontal flat and we slept with our heads going down, not very comfortable. Also, I wanted to park at a convenient spot and I saw that many cars were at the same place so I went there to park as well and as soon as I got off the car someone came without any greetings asking me if I needed help and that these spots were for the houses next to it (it wasn’t obvious) and same, no polite word to end her comment. I felt bad while trying to do the right thing. Not very welcoming for this part. Please tell other guests clearly that they can park in front of their house.

Location was easy to get too. Very cleaner and the host was awesome.

Met our need for comfortable non hotel location for nearby Colorado Mesa graduation ceremony. Appreciated all the nice little touches like the frosty mugs in the freezer.
