Peaceful, Private and Airy on a 5 acre farm

This is our 2nd stay with Ron & Dawn and we can't wait to come back for our 3rd! Convenient location and away from any city noise. Their family is great and the place is clean and has all that we need for a quick getaway.

Roomy, nice, surrounding farm land. Snacks were provided and were a nice touch - apples and trail mix :)

We did not get out code to get in and had to call and wait.

Wonderfully peaceful, cows directly behind the house. Everything in the kitchen that we needed. Quick drive to Colorado National Monument. The Master bed was great, the bathroom perfectly clean.

We needed the second bed (fold-out couch in living room) which was not very comfortable. But if you only need one bed this place is great. And the price is fantastic so I'm not really gonna complain about the couch.

Nice, homey feel to it. Farm animals outside window. All needed comforts of home there.

A little hard to find in the dark. Shower is small and carpet in Bedroom is aging. Otherwise - nice!

I am so happy we found this gem. Had a great stay and would absolutely stay again. The kitchen is well stocked for cooking. The property is very comfortable. There was no animal smell from the farm.

The only think slightly wrong is that the air conditioning unit is in the kitchen area and the cold air didn’t travel well to the sleeping area.
