Water supply got problem and very dirty. Bed sheet and bed all in dust

This was our 6th visit over the last 8 years and were there for 5 days. The location, buildings and views are amazing. Beautifully placed beside a stream with some amazing spots to sit and relax. We absolutely love this place, but this time we were so disappointed.

Everything was wrong. The pool was absolutely filthy and obviously hadn't been cleaned for months, as there was green mold all around the tiles. They knew we were coming and hadn't bothered to clean it. Broken towel rails in the bathroom. The pool chairs are all broken or filthy. The swinging chairs hanging over the river are hanging by a thread. if anyone sits on them, I'm sure they'll end up in the river. The girl on reception, who acts as manager (because management is never there) does nothing all day, instead of making sure housekeeping is doing their job. We had to ask on the 2cnd day, to have our shower gel bottle refilled and it was a big one, so hadn't been filled for weeks. The pool table room is now a storage room for the towels and sheets. Since our very first visit back in 2016, it has totally been neglected, with absolutely no maintenance been done. It is very upsetting to see this, as it once was an absolutely fabulous place. We are coming back to Mae Rim in a couple of months and would love to visit again and see if they have made any improvements. (we did sit down with the owner and voiced our concerns) If not, it will be our last visit and they will have lost a good customer. P.S. I run small group tours and have taken my tour groups there, so we are not just a couple going.

Hotel Restaurant I had to go to the hospital with violent food poisoning I was there over night Three days later we met 3 guys that checked in the day we did and the same thing happened to them but they tried to deal with it on their own

Hot shower Comfortable bed Easy access to restaurants on the main road if you drive

We had a family room that comes with a second double bed in the attic. Roof of attic was a little low on one side. Need to be careful if you have children who are tall (over 1.55m)
