Capital O 464 At Nata Chiangmai Chic Jungle

The location is good and the style of the buildings is nice. I liked the pool and pool area, although it was also noisy when trying to sleep.

It was absolutely filthy. There was dirt in the shower and toilet. It obviously hadn't been cleaned. There were 3 TVs in the apartment, but no hand soap, and no hot water..

The staff are super helpful , the location is stunning very rural . Not much else around .

Didn't realise how remote it was

scam people.. charged my card multiple times

charged for 2 night's after cancelling after the first night, told I would not be charged, charged my card two days later, and customer service lied to me. then tried to charge my card again!

The location was very convenient to explore the North of Chiang Mai and very close to the PoopooPaper Park and the Siam Insect Museum. It was very cheap. Okay place to stay with kids if you wanna explore the attractions in the north without long driving times.

The staff were not very helpful. It was very dirty everywhere. The pool are was not clean. The restaurant staff (which seemed to be the same people as housekeeping) did not understand a single word in English which made ordering very difficult. The menu was bilingual, so I tried pointing onto the dishes we wanted to have, but even with the Thai translation right there, there seemed to be a lot of confusion about the food.. Reception not helpful with any questions that we had. Barely spoke a few words of English. Rooms were not very clean either.

For our group we enjoyed the pool and the evening restaurant. Very quiet area and a comfortable bed, great sleep. Fridge, TV, air-conditioning all good. Pretty area by the creek, lots of birds.

The bathroom area needs some attention. Broken tiles and towel rack.
