Capital O 464 At Nata Chiangmai Chic Jungle

Other than the staff, this place is great. Beautiful nature surroundings. Nice view of the river. Walking distance to Mae Sa waterfall. Lots of seating to relax and enjoy. Loved the design of the room.

Staff acts like “what do you want” attitude when I arrived. The guy should never be at the front desk. Not helpful at all. Don’t even know if they had breakfast or what the food was like. Bad vibes.

- facilities are good - parking lots are enough for all guests - the hotel located near a little waterfall and they provided a lot of sharing space out there (close to all hotel rooms), so you can take a picture or enjoy having coffee and meals there - restaurant is located in the middle of all rooms and having a good taste with acceptable price

- inside the room (especially toilet) and all provided sharing spaces need to be more clean - too moist bed sheets and blankets - room that we booked are not the same room price that we choosed (some space are missing)

The hotel is in a beautiful location right by a river with lots of seating out to enjoy it.

The customer service is horrible. I was charged unexplained fees that were not refunded even after repeated calls and emails through booking.com. When you send an email to the hotel itself, you only receive a form email that doesn't answer your question.
