La situation de l’appartement est nickel!

Nous somme arrivé et l’appartement était tout sale, il y a avait des serviettes sales dans la salle de bain, table pas laver, draps usé et sale! On était 3 et il n’y avait même pas 3 fourchettes, 3 verres, et rien pour la cuisine…

Room located in the very center. Renovated room in an old tenement house.

The main door needs replacing - cold was seeping in from the bottom. Small radiator but the air conditioning has a heating function. Lack of a full set of dishes

The location of the apartment is excellent – close to the city center, shops, and public transport.

However, the apartment itself was disappointing. The description mentioned a “city view,” but in reality, the windows face an inner courtyard with trash bins and mess. It doesn’t look appealing, even though it is a bit quieter. There was also an unpleasant smell inside, most likely from bags of dirty laundry left in the apartment after previous guests, so we had to air it out frequently. The equipment did not match the description – there was no TV, no washing machine, and the kitchen was very basically equipped. Only one towel per person was provided. Cleanliness was also unsatisfactory – the bathroom floor was not properly cleaned, and there was a thick layer of dust behind the bed’s headboard, clearly visible when one of the room lights was on. Overall, the location is great, but the apartment did not meet the described standard and felt neglected.

Relación calidad-precio. Buena ubicación, tenía el tranvía en la puerta. Supermercado en la misma calle. Se veía bastante nuevo (aunque no era nuevo el edificio). Reformado.

Edificio casi en ruinas y muy sucio. Atención del personal muy mala: llegamos a las 15:00 que era la hora de entrada y no estaban las llaves del apartamento. Lo comunicamos al personal y solo nos decían que se lo habían dicho al responsable, que nos contestarían lo antes posible. Tuvimos que esperar en la calle a 37° estando por ahí desde las 03:00 de la mañana que empezó nuestro viaje, sin saber a qué hora nos dejarían entrar en el apartamento. Finalmente salió la chica de la limpieza que aún estaba dentro y nos dio las llaves. Cuando entramos en el apartamento la puerta no cerraba con llave desde dentro. Se lo comunicamos y no nos respondieron. Finalmente nos dimos cuenta que tenías que forzar la cerradura hacia arriba para poder cerrar. Paredes de al lado de la cama muy sucias, pero el resto del apartamento muy limpio. Por último, el apartamento no tenía televisión como se indica en el anuncio, lo cual también comunicamos sin obtener respuesta. Además si estás pensando hospedarte con un grupo superior a dos personas, no es el correcto. Solo tenía 2 tenedores y no había suficiente menaje de cocina. Otro aspecto negativo: nos dejaron solo 1 toalla grande por persona para los 5 días. Ni toalla pequeña (cara o pelo), ni trapo para secar los platos o las manos, ni nada.
