Unfortunately, this was the most disappointing apartment experience I’ve had. On the day of check-in, there were no keys in the lockbox, no one was responding to messages or calls, and we had to book another hotel at the last minute just to have a place to stay. The next day, the staff still couldn't locate the keys, so we weren’t able to access the apartment we originally booked. I was promised a refund for the first night, but it was never issued. They offered us an alternative apartment, but it didn’t even have basic essentials like towels, and we had to contact the manager again. Overall, communication was very poor, the cleanliness left much to be desired, and the lack of reliability could leave you stranded in a foreign country. I would not recommend this property.

Everything was excelent, the host (communication, instructions, , recomendations...) apartment itself, location... Very nice experience for my girlfriend and me.

I had an amazing stay in Budapest, thanks to my host, Eyal. He was incredibly helpful, providing excellent recommendations for local attractions and dining spots, which made my trip even more memorable. The accommodation was clean, comfortable, and in a great location. Eyal’s friendly and attentive approach made everything so easy. Highly recommend!
