Brighton & Hove Beach - group or family fun

It’s spacious and comfortable. The bathroom is large. Kitchen has good electrical appliances.Everything is clean and tidy. Wi-fi is very good. Location is good.

The flat was spacious and as described. The location was 5min walk to the beach and 20min walk to Brighton town centre which was very convenient. Check in via self check in box and code was quick and practical.

The doubled bed in the small bedroom is stuck between 3 walls and makes it awkward to sleep in that room as a couple and we had to sleep in the single beds bedroom instead. The bed mattresses were not comfortable. The host provided a phone number in case of any urgent issues during self check in. We had paid extra to park outside the flat during our stay but the parking space was occupied by another car when we got there. The host didn’t pick up the phone and we had to exchange messages via the Booking app, not sure why even when he started responding we had to continue via the app and not on the phone which would have been quicker. It took 3 hours to revolve and for the car to be moved.

The accommodation was clean, airy and perfectly situated. It was a 5 minute walk to the sea front. I highly recommend it and in fact have already told friends and family!!

De locatie was top! Dichterbij het strand en het centrum. Appartement was ruim en netjes. Veel faciliteiten aanwezig.

De vloeren zijn niet recht. Ook de matrassen waren niet comfortabel. Doordat de vloeren scheef zijn, staat het bed ook niet recht. Om te slapen is dat niet prettig. Verder liep de trapleuning niet helemaal tot bovenaan de steile trap. Dit is voor iets minder mobiele mensen niet fijn.

Fuimos con mis nietas. Había cuna, juegos de mesa, fibrosis y juguetes para ellas. Cerca de la playa y facil para ir a la estacion del tren.

La situation, l'équipement et la propreté.

We recently stayed at this apartment for a family event nearby, and while there were some positives, our overall experience was mixed. On the plus side, the flat was very clean and generally well-equipped for a short stay. The location was ideal for attending a graduation in the area. One of the bedrooms had a fan, which was much appreciated in the summer heat, and the place had most essentials for our needs.

However, there were several drawbacks that made our stay less comfortable. The staircase leading up to the flat was narrow and steep, with the top two steps lacking a handrail, which felt quite unsafe. The beds were rather uncomfortable, with thin spring mattresses, and we were woken up early by loud pigeon noise from outside. Parking was also inconvenient—£15 for overnight but not a full 24 hours, and we had to move the car before the 11:00am checkout. A few other small touches were missing: there was no milk or creamer provided for coffee or tea. We also found it unsettling that so many cupboards were labeled ‘private,’ making it feel less welcoming. For the price we paid, I don’t think the value matched up, as the overall comfort and convenience just weren’t there. Unfortunately, I wouldn’t choose to stay here again or recommend it for value
