Brighton & Hove Beach - group or family fun

Very close to beach and comfy beds.

It was lovely, everything was perfect and suited to me and my friends.

The pull out sofa bed took some work, but we got there eventually

The layout was perfect for our family, and my girls loved that there were books, WiFi, and a massive tv. This apartment had everything for a great stay. The neighbours were helpful and friendly. I would 100% return to the accommodation. Thank you for allowing us to stay in your lovley home.

Every thing was perfect

Super spacious, everything we could need. Comfy beds, great sofa bed, enormous TV - big fridge/freezer, lovely big bath with a very nice pressured rain shower. 2 minute walk to the beach, with a fabulous pub (Le Pub) at the top of the street.

The neighbour was aggressive towards us when we had music on late (2 hours after we’d turned it off). This was scary as we were all girls - my advice to keep the front door properly locked from the inside for peace of mind, and keep music way down after 10.

Great space conveniently situated near to the centre of Hove.

Sofa uncomfortable and kitchen items basic. No pods available for coffee machine and no milk on arrival after a long journey. Mostly frustrated by lack of available parking although the apartment was listed as ' parking available'. The availability was for another parking spot along the street and not allocated to the apartment alone, although the space immediately outside was never taken during the course of our stay! On booking the parking spot offered with the apartment ( not outside but a few doors down) I was later informed it was already taken and a refund was issued. We ended up paying £100 for the only remaining space on the street available for a rental of 2 nights. My husband is partially disabled and with a carload of items to unpack for a 30th birthday, it was necessary to have somewhere nearby. I would advise the advert states that parking doesn't come with the property, but can be booked seperately but is not always available. Otherwise the bedrooms were super comfy and the apartment was sizeable.
