Great home from home and lovely hosts

The flat was really clean and comfortable. They had thought of everything for a stay with young children, things like: separate single beds, everything you need in the kitchen, toys and books, big tv with lots of channels, sturdy furniture and comfy beds. It was an easy walk to the seafront and town although walking back from the lanes in the rain felt like a mission. There are plenty of places to get food and drink in the area of the flat (supermarkets, restaurants and nice pubs).

I thought it could have been made clearer that parking is extra on the listing. There is a convenient parking space outside the flat at £15 per night. Parking in Brighton is ridiculous so a space is appreciated and we accept that you need to pay, however when we were comparing places we thought parking was included in the overall price but actually a 3 night stay was £45 more than the amount we’d been comparing.

Great location close to seafront with coffee & juice bar and pub right beside this accommodation. Very well equiped flat. The complimentary tea and coffee were much appreciated.

Only the double bed was a bit difficult for 1 person to get out and seemed to be on a slight slope
