Cosy , everything you need is there and the host communicated quickly and was very helpful

Very close to the centre of Chester as well as the zoo.Good to have a car on a drive rather a car park up the road.

Lovely house, central to Chester, the race course and retail parks.Lisa the host was available to assist with any questions regarding heating etc ,which was easily solved.Plenty of clean, fresh towels, beds Lovely and comfortable 😊

Overall the house is in need of some TLC. A fresh coat of paint would make loads of difference. The bed in the master bedroom is broken & has a piece of wood under the mattress to support the base. The mattresses on the two singles were very thin, you could feel the springs everytime you moved.

Good place for short stays with 3 kids - good sleeping space.

Cleaning between bookings can be improved. Dirty cutlery and cups, dust and rubbish in many places. Grass in the garden could be trimmed and some furniture provided for when it's sunny outside.

We enjoyed the pool table it was good fun.

It wan’t as Clean as i hoped just lots of little things. I had to clean all the cutlery and the drawer and not enough classes for 6 people unless we only wanted to drink wine
