The Bath Priory - A Relais & Chateaux Hotel

The property was absolutely outstanding from start to finish. From the reception to the gardens to the room. Every staff fell over backwards to help you out and it truly lived up to its 5 star image. I will be back!

Everything was exceptional. Staff were so friendly and helpful. Nothing was too much trouble . The hotel and it's grounds were wonderful and food was exquisite.

It's a nice, quiet, hotel with lovely gardens. The hotel and its guests are dog-friendly, with some perfectly reasonable restrictions. The location is fine - about a 15 minute walk to central Bath, albeit starting on a fairly busy road with a narrow pavement. The rooms are nicely appointed.

Meals were mostly very nice - we ate in the brasserie rather than the restaurant, so nothing very fancy. My daughter had remembered particularly good fluffy breakfast pancakes from our previous visit, but those were off the menu and the hotel was unable or unwilling to customise even with prior notice - which surprised me at this price point. We're not generally price conscious, but the hotel and Spa were expensive enough that you start to look at the details.

Food in both restaurants was excellent, the gardens very relaxing and well kept, excellent location and private parking. But most importantly all the staff were incredibly happy and helpful !!

Chambre très confortable, très beau jardin agréable. Spa super avec hammam , jacuzzi, piscine d’intérieur et d’extérieur. Petit déjeuner bien servi. A 20 min à pied du centre.

Wonderful place to experience a true British manor experience. Large, luxurious and comfortable bedroom, excellent breakfast, great spa, beautiful garden, professional staff

Room was elegant and spacious with lovely view of the garden.

Scalding hot water in room. Kitchen a bit slow and missed one cooked breakfast altogether.
