The apartment is located in a new building, therefore, the feeling of staying in a "nice place" is there.

Everything else was a mess, the host is not the best to communicate with and that only makes things worse. The day before checking in, I new nothing about how to get in the apartment so I send him a message he did not answer so I had to call him a few hours before getting there, he said there was a box with the key and he share the code.. OK!. Once I got to the apartment there were two doors that needed to be opened before getting to that box with the key. For the first one he said "call some other neighbor" and for the second one he said "you need to jump the fence" (really?). Once inside, yes, the place looks nice, but only because is new, it is not clean, things do not work as the AC (we travelled in August with a 18 month old baby) so... I called him and send him a message to figure out how to turn it on... NO ANSWER, NO AC. The next day on the check out, I get in touch to know where to leave the keys... NO ANSWER, so I left them in the same box

Apartamentul este unul nou, foarte spațios, are 2 băi, cu foarte mare potențial.

Accesul greoi la cazare, am așteptat mai bine de jumătate de oră, chiar dacă era stabilită ora de sosire. Curățenia este precară, pare curat doar pentru că apartamentul este nou. Nu există burete de vase, detergenți, șervețele sau prosop de bucătărie, iar vesela nu este curată, în sertare miroase urât. Nu există aparat de cafea, ci doar un ibric uzat și murdar. Frigiderul miroase și el. Camera pare una în curs de amenajare, neterminată. Nu există decorațiuni care să înfrumusețeze spațiul. Pe terasă există o masă cu 2 scaune foarte vechi, uzate și un uscător de rufe foarte ruginit pe care nu poți să usuci prosoapele de la plajă. Zona este una în dezvoltare, plină de gunoaie și praf.

Locatia, aproape de plaja, aproape de statia de autobuz, parcare, aproape de magazine. Curatenie, comod, intim

Un mic minus a fost faptul ca era prea cald si nu erau instructiuni pt termostat. Din fericire, gazda ne-a ajutat a doua zi, insa tot nu se racise suficient. Un minus dar care nu ne-a afectat foarte tare a fost ca wifi-ul functiona doar pe timp de zi... seara ne spunea "parola incorecta".

That I did not end up in hospital after the host/property manager assaulted me

The property manager man whose business phone number and business email was in the property description verbally harassed me and my family and physically attacked me (multiple punches and push) and forced us out before the checkout time. He was angry about me complaining to bookin.com about house being too cold, water not warm, no extra blanket, and nothing to wash the dishes (also one single coat hanger for clothes of 4 people). Case is made at booking.com support, police department, and my legal insurance, with all booking app and whatsapp screenshots, photos, two videos of his verbal and physical assault are all given to the parties involved. Puglia Apartments and this person will be sued for this, and booking.com is responsible for offering their hosting facilities to such criminals. (Every response here will be recorded for the legal case)

The apartment itself is quite new and spacious. There is an extra bed in the lounge room, plus a good sofa and two bathrooms, which would make it good value for money for a family or two couples. The kitchen has a fridge, dishwasher, stove top, oven, kettle and most utensils needed. The security is like Fort Knox, so your stuff is definitely safe!

We had to wait for half an hour for someone to help us get in. The check-in process was the most annoyingly involved one I have ever seen. It is a legal tenancy agreement and it was like I was a tenant moving in for six months, not 3 days! Location was not good, nothing much around there, and it looked like a developing area. We had a car, but if you are relying on public transport, it is quite a distance from the city centre. I am not sure about the buses. No information was left by the host about Bari or how to get around. There are no towel rails in the bathroom. The owner insists in the tenancy agreement that the tenant wash, dry and put away all dishes, but no dishwashing detergent, dishwasher powder or tea towels, so we used shampoo and a towel to do the dishes. No microwave. Coffee pot was hard to work out, but we did eventually. Only two toilet rolls provided for 3 days. We ran out and had to buy tissues.

the location is wonderful if you want access to a beautiful beach closely with a few restaurants and a bus stop connecting you to the city right on the street outside. The home and host are lovely and I'd highly recommend for women traveling by themselves, couples and even families.
