two bathrooms; spacious apartment

very undersupplied Apartment as for this price in comparison to other Apartments on the market, eg: no iron; no complimentary basic supplies, eg. dish washing soap; other Apartments always provide for welcome a bottle of water etc - here there was nothing; only one small soap for 2 persons; we had an air-condition water leakage and we waisted towels to clean the floor. I have slipped on the floor because of wet floor; We asked a person from Apartment to help us and bring fresh towels - unfortunately this person did not bring anything and did not help us. For all 4 days of stay we had dirty towels. We waited to receive the Wifi password approx 20hrs.
