Property Notes

Please note that all guests need to provide a valid before check-in. Guests are required to clean the accommodations prior to departure. Any damage or loss to the property caused by the guests { including from smoking outside designated areas} will incur a cost that will be shared and agreed on during check-in. No smoking inside the villa. No noise or music outside between 23:00 and 08:00. Please refrain from using the pool after 22:00 to avoid night noise. Shower before swimming as suntan lotion is not allowed in the pool. Causes cloudy water and yellow edges, resulting in additional charges for pool maintenance. Leave the villa as you found it and return the furniture to its original place. Due to insects and odor, remove all garbage and place it in one of the dumpsters on the street. We charge a fee if the barbecue is not cleaned after use, or if garbage is left on the property. You have to pay the deposit 7 days before check-in. It will be returned to you, subject to any damages. As required by Spanish law, send us a photo by Whatsapp of all IDs of all guests 7 days before check-in.This property does not accommodate bachelor(ette) or similar parties. Please inform of your expected arrival time in advance. You can use the Special Requests box when booking, or contact the property directly using the contact details in your confirmation. Guests are required to show a photo ID and credit card upon check-in. Please note that all Special Requests are subject to availability and additional charges may apply. Managed by a private host A deposit may be required at the property.

"A peaceful and relaxing getaway in a beautiful, well-kept villa."

We really enjoyed the pool area – plenty of sun loungers to lie down on, comfy couches to relax, and a very clean swimming pool. The BBQ was great, and the inside of the house was spotless.

Everything was perfect, no major complaints. It was a bit isolated, but we actually saw that as a plus since we enjoy peace and quiet.

We spent wonderful holidays in Villa Ibiza. The house is beautifully set, with incredible views. Alice was super friendly and helpful, offered some touristic advises and immediate solutions if we needed any help. Very much recommended!

A lovely spacious villa. Marvellous views from its hilltop location. Very light and airy

Although the views were fantastic it was necessary to drive to get provisions and some of the bends in the road were so sharp our minibus was a tight fit

the villa is amazing, there is everything for a comfortable stay, everything you need in the kitchen. several recreation areas, separated from each other, which is very convenient if several families are traveling. stunning view from the terrace. comfortable and clean inside.

"A stunning property with attentive hosts creating a memory making holiday."

The hosts have taken time to think of everything a visitor would need from a welcome pack to super comfy beds and little touches of their love of the property. The property was in immaculate condition and the view was breathtaking to wake up to each day. The host ensured the pool was well maintained and made some brilliant recommendations of things locally.

Honestly - nothing. I mean - if they would be willing to let us stay for a month for free, then let’s talk. But we liked everything about this property and the hosts.
