Property Notes

Please note that all guests need to provide a valid before check-in. Guests are required to clean the accommodations prior to departure. Any damage or loss to the property caused by the guests { including from smoking outside designated areas} will incur a cost that will be shared and agreed on during check-in. No smoking inside the villa. No noise or music outside between 23:00 and 08:00. Please refrain from using the pool after 22:00 to avoid night noise. Shower before swimming as suntan lotion is not allowed in the pool. Causes cloudy water and yellow edges, resulting in additional charges for pool maintenance. Leave the villa as you found it and return the furniture to its original place. Due to insects and odor, remove all garbage and place it in one of the dumpsters on the street. We charge a fee if the barbecue is not cleaned after use, or if garbage is left on the property. You have to pay the deposit 7 days before check-in. It will be returned to you, subject to any damages. As required by Spanish law, send us a photo by Whatsapp of all IDs of all guests 7 days before check-in.This property does not accommodate bachelor(ette) or similar parties. Please inform of your expected arrival time in advance. You can use the Special Requests box when booking, or contact the property directly using the contact details in your confirmation. Guests are required to show a photo ID and credit card upon check-in. Please note that all Special Requests are subject to availability and additional charges may apply. Managed by a private host A deposit may be required at the property.

The villa is excellent, nice bedrooms with lots of space. Lots of little extras with everything a family could want for a great holiday. A great pool and lots of space to sunbathe.

Not an ideal location if you don't have access to a car, as taxi's in the location aren't very reliable. It's about a 45-minute walk to the front otherwise.

"Amazing family holiday in a cracking Villa"

Loved the location in the hills above Denia, the property is beautifully presented with 5 good sized bedrooms, all with aircon. The kids loved the pool and we loved the views.

Very little, it was perfect for a large family and was set out over four levels so if you have very young children just watch all the stairs.

"Magnificent stay!"

Perfect Stay! Magnificent view! We were impressed by the stunning view. The villa is perfectly build, all the rooms and balcony provide you with a beautiful view over the valley and the Mediterranean sea. The house is modernly restyled with new beds, very comfortable and clean. Bathrooms are handmade with a Ibiza style of tiling. We enjoyed the terrace at the poolside during the day and for the evening we had a lovely dinner on the balcony. Don't hesitate to book this wonderful villa. it is even better in real than the pictures show.

Nothing was dissapointing, we made the reservation for one day on our way to our final destination. But we will definitely book this villa again but then for our entire holiday.
