The accommodation exceeded our expectations. It offers a very pleasant environment, cleanliness, beautiful common areas, very friendly and kind staff. We did not miss anything in the shared kitchen and every morning a delicious breakfast was waiting for us. Alessandro as the owner is a very friendly and helpful guy and what I appreciate, with a sense of humor :-) The accommodation offers an excellent location, whether for visiting the nearby beach or exploring the surroundings of Rimini. The whole family was extremely satisfied with this accommodation.

There is nothing we are not satisfied with.

Staff, cleanliness, family friendly, quiet neighborhood. All efforts are made by Alessandro and Olga to meet hosts expectations and needs.

Suggestions to improve: fresh bread at breakfast, include recommendations for night noise/light control in common areas to guests, specially impacting guests staying in the penthouse.
