"Highly recommended B&B with friendly owner, clean rooms, amazing breakfast, and attention to detail."

The owner is very friendly, welcoming and very responsive! Greeted us in person, explained everything, and even helped us ordering a taxi throughout the stay when it was impossible to reach them. B&B was super clean and very comfortable, you can feel like at home. Pet friendly stay as well, since we were staying at Le Rose with our dog <3 Breakfast was amazing, with great options, and presented beautifully, much better than in many hotels! You can see that everything is done with a lot of effort and attention to details. I would absolutely recommend this B&B!

Easy free parking, quiet neighborhood, close to sea and nice restaurants Clean and attentive to detail, washing facilities, great breakfast with variety, gracious host. Very comfortable accommodation. Good internet. Highly recommend for short or long stay.

"Perfect short stay"

Good location very close to the Misano race track but also to town and the Beach. Ver clean and comfortable. Excellent breakfast.

The breakfast was awesome. Location was great was 5 minutes from Misano racetrack. Really enjoyed our stay and the hospitality! The owners are very hands on.

"Awesome stay!"

The place is serene! Amazing Villa, amazing owner! I was looking for a quiet place with the beautiful garden and I am blessed I got it! I have even extended my stay, the weather was great for October! Thank you Alessandro and Rose for the wonderful stay!
