Cozy, Chic, Dairy Cottage near to Beach & Shops- Parking

We loved the creative decor and high tech gadgets. The place was very well kitted out. We really loved that it was walking distance to the Babbacombe to Oddicombe walk promenade walk and beaches.

We would have appreciated some information in the property on the local area - tips on good local recommended places to eat and to visit, activities etc. The name of the house is a cottage which gave me the idea of a quiet place if not an actual cottage when it is a terraced place on a busy road.

Top floor was great and well thought out

Shower area needed good clean and regrouping if not replaced altogether . As soon as we walked into the property it smelt damp.

Absolutely lovely flat, the decor makes this a nice space to be in and it's such a well kitted-out property. The kitchen has everything you could need in the way of utensils and the TVs in the rooms are a nice touch. We had a lovely time drinking rose on the balcony in the sunshine! Would absolutely recommend as a place to stay for a family or group of mates.

The 10am checkout is frustrating when you're on holiday, I wish it was 11am. And the single beds are tricky to sleep on in the second bedroom (but they'd be fine for smaller adults, or kids).

Good size and clean accommodation, close to beaches, quiet location, comfy beds.

Bathroom could do with a refresh however, shower was hot and powerful.

very nice, Josh was great as he let us check in 1 hour early after a 5 hour drive. The cottage is a bit away from harbour but there is a bud service, though not overly reliable!

not much. I was however a bit surprised to have the cleaner knocking on the door at 10:01am. I know check out is 10am, but it’s the un-written rule to check out 30mins after this time?

It was comfy and well equipped. There was good parking outside. Good location for Babbacombe Downs and the Downs are beautiful. Good location for beach and cafes and bars on the Downs. it was a peaceful location

There was no decent view from balcony. The shower needs a refurb
