Decent size for 3 people. Good Wi-Fi and Smart tvs / alexas in all the rooms. Clean. Free parking on site. Close to Babbacombe coast and only 30 minute walk to Torquay harbour.

cosy and clean. great location for use, near to family, easy walk to Babbacombe downs and shops in St Marychurch. well equipped.

the property was clean and well equipped and decorated tastefully throughout. we had everything we needed for our first family holiday. the Tv and Alexa’s in each room were a great touch, as were the ample hangers and hooks to hang our belongings up. great location to visit the towns of the English Riviera!
