City View Newly Renovated 5 Beds with Free Parking LM406

I like that it was able to accommodate my family on such short notice. The host was very responsive and helpful.

I honestly did not feel safe. We had to park underground and walk to the building which is not that close and anything could happen especially as we are all women. Security was not really securing anything or checking in anyone. One was sleeping on the job. People were hanging out around the building.

Very disappointed with this booking. The photos on Booking.com made the apartment look spacious, clean, and well-equipped with multiple beds and a kitchen—perfect for a family Easter weekend trip to Atlanta. Unfortunately, the reality was very different. Upon arrival, the entire apartment complex smelled strongly of marijuana. Inside the unit, there was a noticeable old, stuffy odor. The refrigerator was dirty, and the light switches and walls throughout the apartment were visibly unclean. The beds were extremely uncomfortable, and both the sheets and towels were stained. To make matters worse, the air conditioning did not work properly, making the apartment even more uncomfortable. The front door also did not feel secure, which was very concerning while traveling with family. Having worked in hospitality for over 10 years, I’m very familiar with cleanliness standards and typically come prepared with my own linens just in case. Even so, what I found here was unacceptable. The most concerning issue came when I began stripping the beds. The condition underneath was shocking. The headboards appeared worn and poorly maintained—one even had what looked like bird droppings. Additionally, one of the bed frames had markings that resembled roach or possible bed bug droppings. Overall, this property did not meet basic cleanliness or quality expectations. I would not recommend staying here!! I should be given a FULL refund for this but I'm sure I won't even get an apology from the host considering they think these conditions are ok to rent the unit out like this.

The condo unit room 406 is perfect for us. And we will definitely come back.

Smelt like weed smoke on the room with a TV.

Living room and kitchen is nice

The parking the loud crowd too many kids running around and no air in the room dishes wasn’t cleaned and tubs wasn’t clean and I also booked a 4 bedroom and it was a 3. The elevator went out on us this was the worst stay ever

It was very large and spacious.

The outside area around was very run down. The parking garage was super sketchy with trash abundant. The door from hallway is an interior door and does not seem very sturdy. Lots of hallway noise during the night. Someone pulled the fire extinguisher twice so we had to go outside and wait to be let back in. The bedroom tv didn’t work and the place had a smell of old cigarette smoke.

I didn’t like that it was no air throughput the apartment, it wasn’t enough utensils and pots and pans to cook out of. There were roaches in the kitchen. I had to open the windows the whole time because it was so hot in the whole apartment
