the price was very good compared to the alternatives , I'm not good on my feet so I chose this for it's town center location but with free parking available , I parked directly outside and it was a few minutes walk into town. The flat itself is well equiped with much more than actually necessary for our stay ,it is clean and comfortable, it's like staying at your best friends place. Communication with Rebecca was A1 from me booking to leaving and access to the flat was easy and without issues. If I ever get back to Worcester(maybe next year? ) I wouldn't want to stay anywhere else

Great value for money. Rebecca’s place is spacious, kitchen is well equipped. Calm localisation just stone’s throw from a lovely park, shop ( Aldi) or costa cafe. Free parking slot, but need to be lucky. You rent it from a private person = support local business. Rebecca’s engagement, when internet was down, her responsiveness and clear communication made my stay.

I would add some towel hangers in the bathroom, cover piping and generally refurbish whole bathroom area. Add carpets to make it look more cosy. Invest in windows exchange in sleeping room(s). it’s a basement so you can hear people from outside, nothing dramatic but will win you more customers. Less perfumes ( scents) in the flat. Not my style but had to remove “fake” deco flower from the bed head😂

Communication from Rebecca was brilliant - quick replies with detailed information beforehand to help check in and find the building. She let us know about an organised event in Worcester that weekend so that we could plan around that. Some thoughtful touches like access to toiletries, a hairdryer etc. Close to city centre and all very clean. Bed linen was nice quality and comfortable. Free street parking as long as it's not too busy - I managed to park right outside the building, my friend was a few streets away but still only a minute's walk

The 9am check in feels quite early, especially on a Sunday morning after staying for the weekend, personally I would prefer a later check in/check out time. I found the bed to be pretty squeaky. The communal entrance to the flat was a bit off putting on first arrival, but this isn't anything Rebecca could change. The flat itself is well decorated and lovely and felt very safe.

Clear instruction about entry. Early access was good. It was well set up and clean.

Having to be out by 9am. I would have been happier with a later arrival and later departure. It was not in the most salubrious of areas. OK to walk down the canal footpath during the day but felt unsafe at night. Quite noisy at night with passers-by.

If staying longer would have been useful to have mote kitchen items… but nothing we didn’t like!

Very convenient location and a good sized flat!

Walls are a bit thin so can hear neighbouring flats going in and out. Beds were a bit squeaky but nothing horrible!

This property is in an excellent location, very close to the city centre but with free street parking.

A little noise from the upstairs apartment and possibly another sitting chair in the lounge but these are small issues. Very happy with our stay overall. Good communication from Rebecca, thank you.
