The property was clean, tidy and very comfortable. It was ideal for seeing the sites, shopping and dining out in Worcester city centre.

This is a cosy and comfortable place, ten minutes from Worcester centre, and really well equipped. It has been fitted out nicely with lots of attention to detail. We didn't get a chance to sit in the courtyard area, but I'd imagine a glass of wine there after a hard day would be lovely.

Less about the apartment, more about the shared areas being quite dirty - but it is an old building so might just be due to the build up of dust over the years.

Great communication from the host prior to arrival regarding access and how to find keys. Also, had good communication and quick responses via booking/watsapp regarding a couple of other queries, very accommodating guest.

The lighting in the hallway is very dim so had to use a phone torch to find our way out. There may have been overhead lighting but couldn’t find a switch.

Location great, facilities very good, some thoughtful extra touches.

The wifi was a little erratic but we got it working with help. Future reference it may be improved by relocating sender. Coffee machine good but instructions on use may be helpful. Towel hook in bathroom could be a useful addition.

It was an easy walk from the city centre, with great on-street parking, and was warm and comfortable. The facilities were all great and the hosts were very kind and helpful. We would definitely stay here again when we're next in Worcester.

Maybe make the bin a little bigger/add a second bin, as for those of us who cook we ran out of room a little quickly.

Boiler noise in one of the bedrooms made sleep difficult.

Lovely apartment. Bright, spotlessly clean with great facilities. Toiletries, tea, coffee and bottled water a pleasant extra. Few minutes walk to city centre. Just some traffic noise in the morning other than that perfect. Definitely recommend this place and will return.
