It was clean and well-appointed. Snug without being cramped.

Excellent position for walking into Worcester, close to lovely canal walk too. Nice to have toiletries provided. kitchen well fitted out with good saucepans, utensils, tea bags etc etc. It was a very hot weekend and it was great that there was a small outside area with table, chairs, umbrella.

Didn't find the beds as comfortable as we would like (fed back to owner)

Good location, adequate space

Sadly it was not cleaned properly before our arrival. The bath had hairs from the previous occupant in it and the razor blade left for visitors has been used previously as it had hairs in it. Unfortunately this raises the question whether the cleaner is also cutting corners in changing bedding and towels which made us feel uncomfortable - although it all looked clean. Snagging issues need to be resolved; broken curtain rail in living room, extractor fan door broken, old broken drawers in bedroom need disposing of since they serve no purpose, tiling on bath side needs finishing. Cost would be minimal but would greatly improve the impression on of the property. Perhaps put pictures that are on the floor in the living room into the cupboard in the hall?

The road looked a bit rough but the actual flat was lovely.
