Using the hosts welcome information and lock box was really easy. The apartment was very clean and had everything you would need for a little getaway.

Great little apartment, clean and comfortable. Stayed overnight, parked around the corner and easy walk into the centre.

Location was perfect for the City, close to everything. Apartment was clean and of a good size.

Clean and tidy and suited our requirements and the location was great.

No instructions on arrival for wi-fi details, heating details or where the bins etc were located. We found them, but it would have been good to have a welcome pack. On street parking only at the apartment, and no allocated parking. We couldn’t find a space, so had to find a 24hr car park nearby. This should be made clear on booking that the “free parking” may not be available.

The location was perfect, a few steps away from the canal path and about a 5 minute walk into the centre of Worcester. Beds were comfy and the little extras, such as Shampoo and conditioner in the bathroom were great

There were a couple of bits that needed a bit of updating and we struggled to get the heating to work correctly - maybe a welcome book with a couple of bits in,... I.e use of TV/heating etc would be good?

The host seemed lovely. Nice apartment

The location, was like a council estate, didnt feel very safe. View not good. Coving in rooms not finished made it look slightly tatty in places.

The main issue was the lighting in the hallway - ok after getting used to the property but there could be more light especially near the stairs. The bed mattresses were too soft for us but this may be ok for most people using the property
