USLoved the location in Osage Beach, MO centralized in the heart of all things touristy.
All of the patio furniture had massive cobwebs on it so seating was selective and also a few inside that held a lot of dead gnats. We also requested an extra set of bedding for the pull out couch and nothing other than a fitted sheet was provided which unfortunately had several yellow stains on it.

USUSI liked the fact that the door code was the key which should probably be indicated upon rental (for 1st time airbnb'ers). I liked that it was fully furnished and accommodating (excluding consumables). I liked that the rental was mostly secluded on the lake with a balcony to enjoy the view.
I didn't like the couch not being as comfortable as desired. I didn't like that the instructions for turning on the hot water were incorrect. I didn't like that the place wasn't as clean as I hoped (i.e. dirty ice box, spider in the sink) I didn't like that there were not many leisurely places (i.e. eateries, etc.)

Weather was beautiful at the beginning of October, but the pool was closed. Because season is over end of September. Means we couldn't also rent no boat.
