USUSBoth of Brett’s properties are extremely well maintained! They are in perfect condition. Everything you need is provided. We love both condos. And the host is very easy to reach! We will be back regularly.

USVery nice remodeled condo with nice view of lake arm. Also nicely decorated and well stocked with essentials.
Did not have regular coffee maker but did have Keurig coffee brewer. Unfortunately we did not know to bring Keurig coffee pods. Boat launch was not usable due to low water, which is apparently the case most of the time. However there is a marina almost next door which launches for $15.

USWe enjoyed the view and how close everything was to us.
The place wasn't cleaned prior to our arrival. Brett did get a house keeper in right away, but the place was half cleaned. There was still used soap in the shower, dirt on the floors. The bed in our opinion was not comfortable at all.

Silverware/plates/cups could have been cleaner.
USThe room was cozy and the view was beautiful.
