The friendliness and help of Madame Seyram, and her driver. As getting around in and around Tamale is quite difficult on your own, it was so much easier with their help (for example to find an atm... we had to try 6 different ones before one worked) The room itself was clean, comfortable, and spacious. The rest of the apartment as well. If you want to spend time in tamale,, I can definitely recommend the African palace

The staff, Seyram, was courteous, helpful, and went out of her way to make us comfortable.

Some natural scented plants can accentuate the rooms a bit better. I understand that given the dusty environment, it is necessary to have the windows closed at all times. I would suggest the rooms are opened and aired from time to time.
