We went as a small group for one night, the place is amazing, dave was a pleasure from start to finish, where he really made us feel welcome.

Taxis were a small nightmare at night in skegness

"Top location and great host."

Perfect location and very quiet. Easy walking distance to everywhere. Host Dave was very helpful and accommodating. Nothing was too much trouble. Apartment was modern and nicely decorated. Extremely clean.

Cosy apartment, every you need is provided which is a massive help. Lovely location and only a short walk to the main strip which has lots of stuff to do! Very much enjoyed our stay and the lovely property. 10/10

The apartment was lovely, home from home. Very clean and had everything you needed, the outdoor area was an added bonus and having your own private access to the apartment was good. Dave the owner was very informative, polite and professional. We liked how he had put together a little folder with useful leaflets for Skegness attractions, take away menus and bus time schedules, very helpful for people that don't know the area. All in all we had a fantastic comfy stay and would highly recommend this place to family and friends.

Small but cozy apartment, close to all the local amenities (within walking distance), host was lovely and accommodating considering ours was a last minute booking. Really enjoyed our stay. Clean, comfortable, homey feel, modern kitchen with lots of storage, fridge and freezer. Private bathroom with a nice shower (there is also a shower seat available of needed), private garden which my daughters loved playing in! Comfortable bed with pull out sofa which is just as good. Travel cot available too.

"Perfect location for a stay on the coast, highly recommended."

Location was perfect, so quiet during the night but still close to the beach and the pier attractions etc. Double bed was super comfortable and the host was very accommodating and helpful. Would definitely stay again.

The greeting from the host was very friendly and a tour of the apartment was brilliant!! Everything was very clean and the bedding was as fresh as a daisy!! Within walking distance to the beach and promenade.Shops 5 minute walk away to CO-OP.Chipshop just across the road.We will definately book again xx
