North Parade Holiday Apartment 35 Sea View Road Skegness PE25 1BS

We recently stayed at North Parade Holiday Apartment and had a wonderful experience. The location was perfect, close to beach making it easy to explore the area. The accommodation itself was clean, well-maintained, and exactly as described. The kitchen was fully equipped, allowing us to prepare our meals with ease, and the living area was comfortable and cosy . The check-in and check-out process was seamless, thanks to the clear instructions provided by the host. Whenever we had questions, the host was responsive and helpful, ensuring we had everything we needed for a pleasant stay. Overall, I highly recommend for anyone looking for a comfortable and convenient place to stay in Skegness.We would definitely stay here again!

Property was clean and tidy and close to the main strip good walking distance

There is a camera on the back garden for security purposes on back gate but with having children I didn’t like the camera for privacy reasons but do understand why it’s there

Location excellent, very clean & bedding nice and fresh. Patio is very nice + modern, great for evenings sat outside if the weather is nice! Easy to collect keys :)

As a group of 4 with 2 older people it was difficult for them to get past the sofa bed from the main bedroom to the toilet at night

The apartment was very clean and tidy, in a perfect location to enjoy the arcades etc but be far enough away from all the late night noise. The owner was very friendly and approachable. Not really a negative but more of a suggestion the £80 damage deposit you pay on arrival,which I have no problems paying. However I think it would be easier for everyone if this was included in the booking fee and refunded at a later date rather than separately.

The only negative comment I have is that the sofa bed was very uncomfortable.

All of the property we caught scabies from the address and me and my partner had a slight disagreement and he rang the police and chucked us out I am a disabled lady so to do that before our week was up was not very nice. And he gave us half a hour to get out of there
