Highland Rural Farm retreat,Loch Ness, NC500, Beauly

The property is set away from the city, and in a peaceful location! Our children absolutely adored the dogs and how friendly they were - the highlights of their trip! Everything was very clean and spacious!! We would return again and recommend to anyone!!

We loved every second of our stay. It exceeded our expectations and more, There's everything you need and more at the property and is situated in a beautiful, tranquil and peaceful place away from everything for a relaxing family getaway. Beauly is less than 10 minutes drive away where you can find shops, restaurants and takeaways that sell a range of delicious food. Loch Ness & Urquhart Castle is 15-20 mins drive away. Our host was amazing and super friendly and always on hand if needed to help with anything. We loved it so much we are considering returning again soon.

Practically everything, the place was extremely clean, the location was very tranquil and the host was on hand promptly if needed. Only slight grumble was during our time the shower was barely warm at all so had to have very quick washes but doesn't seem a common issue based on other reviews.

Everything was perfect for us. It was in a peaceful location but not far from Inverness. The accommodation was spotless,well maintained and very comfortable. All the rooms were lovely as well as very spacious. It had everything we could possibly need and we would definitely book again.

There was nothing we didn't like.

Fantastic spacious bungalow, spotlessly clean, lovely and warm and very peaceful. Inverness is approximately 20mins away.

Nothing to complain about!

Large, spacious and cosy in the snow, this has everything I needed for a quiet few days away. It was a great place to stay warm in the snow, and also for local walks and some shorter drives (Loch Ness and Drumnadrochit 30 mins or so depending on weather. The location is a little far away from town (Beauly and Inverness) which is what I wanted, but there is a cheerful local post office down the road.

Nothing for me but worth being aware of weather (snow and ice meant I was glad I was in a 4x4). Scottish roads are cleared really fast in snow but care still needs to be taken. The track up to the bungalow was also snowy and icy but the hosts were quick to grit and my 4x4 didn’t have any problems. That’s Scotland in the winter!
