I liked the cereals and water that were available for free

I didn't like that I had a problem organising the check in Booking confirmed my request for late check in and then the hotel said they don't do late check in and that I had to call to organise. But at the end I said they had to organise it because first it costs to call in England and also because iit was not my fault if they didn't communicate well with booking and they accepted and organised it. Which is nice ! So thank you

Really enjoyed the stay. Great location and room, nicely styled. Love the pub and staff.

The stairwell wasn’t great - needs decorating and it did smell a bit. Lights were flashing a bit.

Comfortable room and welcome.

No mention (I recall) on Booking,com that they would require a prepayment of £150 as a deposit and then impose a £28 cleaning charge on top of the price quoted.

Good location , nice modern bathroom

No mention of being next to a theatre and being told,I was the one who had to keep quiet ! The access is very narrow and could be problematic if one has lots of luggage , again no mention of this when booking
