The Alma Taverns Boutique Suites - Room 3 - Hopewell

Interesting location, stayed there for a birthday celebration of friends, 15min walk away. Only been there for sleeping but staff were very helpful, pub is very nice. Simple breakfast (cereals), water and coffee/tea available. Ironing available. No noise.

Room was great

Powerful shower and free water and cereals.

Pillows were worn out.

The room was a good size. Nice comfortable bed and the shower was amazing. I loved the fridge with complementary water, milk and cereal. A comfortable stay

The pillows did not have a pillow protector and the pillows were stained. I only noticed this on the last night, otherwise I would have requested a change.

Location and history of the place

Shower flooded my bathroom and bedroom, leaving a very soaked and smelly room. No commitment to communicating with me as to how and when itd be fixed. Manager seemed disinterested in trying to rectify problems

The location was great. Our room was small but really nice, the bed was comfortable and we loved the fact that we could top up our coffee + milk everyday. There is a nice 'pantry' there available for us to use - which included having a bowl of cereal in the mornings and some bottled water. There was also access to an iron. Overall setup is great!

Might be a bit tricky finding the location of the rooms as they are above the bar. We went into the tavern to find out about the rooms and thankfully we were in the right place. We couldn't hear any noise from downstairs so no need to worry about that.

The inclusive breakfast, the comfy and nice room.

The string of the inside blinds was broken so I couldn’t really open then and one of the bulbs in the bathroom had popped.
