Nothing, the property was perfect

Great location - perfectly clean, modern, very well set out and comfortable, very private, quiet and simply check in with door code.

The bed was far too soft for me, you sink into a hole created by your body weight, and get stuck in there and moving around is uncomfortable because the hole remains. Also - mosquitos in the room. I kept the windows closed but they were already in there, and I got bitten throughout the night. Bug spray is needed in the room.

NO BLACK OUT BLINDS, AS THERE WERE OTHER PEOPLE COMING INTO THE COMMUNAL AREA OUTSIDE OUR APARTMENT THE LIGHTS WERE CONSTANTLY COMING ON AND WAKING US UP, PEOPLE NOISY TOO. AS WE ARE SHORT, WE COULDN'T REACH PLATES ETC ON THE HIGH SHELVES AND VERY FEW DECENT MUGS AND GLASSES, NO CORKSCREW!!! DUVET VERY THIN TOO, AS WE WOULDN'T PUT HEATING ON AT NIGHT!

Great location, property very clean and well appointed.

The flat above number 3, for every one of my 4 night stay the occupants came in at around 11:30 pm, and immediately turned their music on above acceptable levels. Along with constantly walking around and banging constantly until approx 4:00am each and every night. Not sure if these are long term residents or perhaps it is being utilised as an Air b&b, either way this was totally unacceptable and made for a very uncomfortable stay in an otherwise very acceptable property. Sadly because of this I would never utilise the property again for one of my many trips to Gibraltar.

Location is perfect. This is in the historical city centre, two steps from the high street.

Clean and fully furnished with the extra touches of complimentary tea coffee milk and condiments

I had mobility issues and to get to it was up steps bit the apartment was ground floor but lifts were available

The location was excellent. The apartment was very clean and had all you needed. The terrace on the top of the building was amazing for the morning coffee or night unwinding. Communication was easy.

The pillows were not the most comfortable, but that might just be me. If one is very fond of natural lighting, there isn't much. We did not plan to stay in anyway and there is a terrace on the top of the building which is amazing and makes all the difference.
