Very spacious, very nice organized, equiped with all necessary items. We enjoyed our stay in Bergamo and we loved the city.

The neighbours upstairs are very, very noisy during the nighttime. Probably the ceiling is also thin and not very well done and the sound can be disturbing.

Ottimo, ha tutto, non manca nulla, la casa è molto bella.

L'unica cosa è che si sente anche al piano di sopra quando camminano, è un po' fastidioso, e nel bagno c'è una perdita d'acqua dall'alto.

Good contact with owner. Well located and equipped apartment, big space / rooms, air conditioning into saloon.

Garbage left by previous guests not thrown away, not enough toilet paper, no soap. No sealing of the glass and bathtub.

Tilava huoneisto, jossa hyvin varusteltu keittiö. Olohuone ja keittiö olivat parhaat osat huoneistoa. Kahvikone oli hyvä. Sängyt olivat mukavat. Sijainti oli lomamme ohjelman suhteen sopiva.

Ilmastointilaitteet eivät makuuhuoneita viilentäneet kovin hyvin. Pesuhuoneessa ei ollut suihkusaippuaa tai shampoota. Wifi ei meillä toiminut.

Location near railway station and city centre

A bit noisy, but mainly due to location. As stated the location was prime for us so we could live with the noise, which is to be expected in a city centre

The apartment stank, and there were bugs. The furniture was worn out, there was mold in the bathroom and bugs in the cabinets. In addition, the apartment was located above a Chinese restaurant, which additionally affected the smell.

looking back now the lists of fines was really embarrassing when you see the actual state of the things. the kid that brought us missing toilet paper was nice.

my worst booking experience. at first I got emails from someone named Anita. I asked if it was possible to get a potty for our toddler in advance, it wasn’t. then I was sent multiple documents to sign one of which was ridiculous list of charges. for ex.:“disappearance and/ or breaking of kitchen equipment - starting from 30€” it was from Jysk, probably the whole set was 30€ “replacement of damaged bath sponges - starting from 30€” the what!!?? “failure to separate waste as indicated - 50€” there was one bin with a bin bag in it and two probably also bins without bin bags or any signs of what was supposed to go in there, there were no instructions no printed lists nothing. I could continue with outrageous fines with washing of dishes or pillows but I will spare you. During our flight to Bergamo I have received weird text via whatsapp (?!) stating that this is Gianfranco our host and that I have to pay city tax first through provided link and then he will kindly give me instructions how to proceed and where to get keys. At first I thought its some kind of phishing scam later I have check that it is their number and I have paid 30€ for the tax ( which should have been 6% of night stay per person so max of 22,5€ but ok, enjoy Gianfranco). this is after we have landed, half an hour later when we arrived to the location there were no further instructions, I wrote them- no reaction, I have called 2x no reaction, at this point Im certain this is a scam. Gianfranco finally decides to reply. we get no sorry or excuse, we just get video of a wall mostly, and the code for the locker. we are finally in the apartment. there are someones socks in the washing machine, and dirty towel on the top of it. there is dust everywhere, you cant close one of the windows in the bedroom. there is probably 1/5 of a toilet paper left (this was thankfully resolved). all in all its super noisy, there is lot of dust, there is mold in the shower and the whole flat needs deepclean and...
