1. The check-out time was too early at 11:00 a.m., and the owner seemed to be rushing us to leave. 2. The parking area was uncomfortable and difficult to navigate. 3. The floor had visible shoe marks. 4. The balcony was dirty and poorly maintained. 5. The house felt cramped and was not suitable for families with children. 6. There were many small cockroaches in the kitchen area. 7. The electric shower hose was made of metal, which could be dangerous and pose a risk of electric shock to users.ric shock to users.

Overall we have pleasant stay, Near To i-city Mall And I-city theme park. Spacious apartment to fix my family.

Walking distance to all attraction places, snow world, water park, theme park. The house is comfortable to accommodate 6 off us. 3 adults, 3 kids. They provide washer + dryer.

I am having trouble with my luggage. I came by Grab Car. I arrive at 12pm, & check in at 3pm. They didn't provide a luggage store area at the apartment. So i have to bring along all my 6 big luggage together with small kids to move around while waiting to check in. If i can make suggestions. Maybe, ask the management to ready the rental locker sufficient for large luggage somewhere around the apartment.
