Location was excellent and the accommodation was cool, spacious and comfortable Great bars and restaurants in the neighbourhood,

The toilet was smelly, but that is a result of the sewer system. The TV remote control rarely work and was either faulty or requires batteries

Alojamiento cómodo, limpio, acogedor, con todo lo necesario para pasar una agradable estancia en Sevilla. Muy buena ubicación en un agradable barrio con múltiples comercios y locales de restauración. La comunicación con el centro histórico es fácil, andando es una paseo de 20 min . La propietaria nos recibió a nuestra llegada y nos ofreció todo tipo de información al tiempo que se ofreció a que nos comunicásemos con ella si en algo la necesitábamos . Para repetir . Muy aconsejable

We felt very comfortable very quickly, the apartment was very clean and property is in a good location.

A beautifully designed apartment with everything you might need – truly well thought out in every detail. Although we didn’t meet the hosts in person, communication was flawless throughout our stay. The apartment is located on a main street with restaurants and shopping options nearby. Being away from the busy center of Seville is actually a plus, as it allows you to experience the real local atmosphere more authentically. The city center is about a 30-minute walk, and getting there by taxi is very easy and convenient. If you're travelling by car, it's recommended to use the private parking suggested by the hosts, as finding a spot on the street can be quite difficult.

As mentioned in other reviews, there is occasionally an unpleasant smell in the room, but it’s not persistent

The apartment was absolutely wonderful. It had everything we needed for our stay, it was clean, beautifully designed, had a real Spanish feel to it. The hosts were really forthcoming, responded to every message within minutes. We also liked our location, with some shops and (really great) tapas bars around. I will be recommending this accommodation to my friends and family!

The apartment was beautifully decorated, very clean and comfortable - both the bed and the seating. The bathroom and kitchen area were very clean and modern. The hosts were delightful and made us feel very welcome and supported during our stay, letting us know how to get from the airport and suggesting places to eat locally.

We do like to cook a little when away and some very basic ingredients would have been helpful, such as olive oil, pepper, salt and basic herbs as it is not worth buying these for a short stay. Unfortunately I cannot walk a long way due to a recent operation and the apartment was just a little too far for me to walk to the old city and still be able to enjoy looking around all the amazing things to see in Seville. This would not be a problem for someone able to walk further.

Nice apartment well situated. 30 minutes walk to central area. Many restaurant choices around.

Reserve your parking because it is not easy to find one. We parked 1 km from the apartment.
