Very modern yet cozy apartment, clean and on point

An excellent, clean, spacious and stylishly-furnished ground floor apartment in a quiet and pleasant neighbourhood of Seville. The kitchen had everything we needed for the stay and the local area has a good offering of shops and restaurants. We didn't meet the hosts but they were very accommodating and responsive in our communication.

Finding free nearby parking took us a while.

Clean, good living space, nice/ high ceiling, good communication with the owner, although I had a medical emergency and was between places, this holiday I managed to pick up my key ( kindly left in the seif by the owner).

It isn’t close to the centre, but it’s manageable by Uber, or if is alright for you to walk. It wasn’t an issue for me. Someone mentioned the street noise that is indeed present, but again not an issue for me.

We loved the place and despite being late due to traffic delays, the owner was still there and waiting for us. The facility is well located, fully furnished as well as confortable

Spacious room. Nice location. Well equipped place. Very clean. Relatively busy street but calm at night. The hostess was very courteous and attentive.

The location is good, we had a nice 20-30-minute walk to the city center from the apartment. There are some shops and restaurants nearby.

No bad experience.

Would be nice an small carpet beside the bed to put the feet on when standing up from bed.
