The house was cleaned and neat. The beds where comfortable. The best part the beach was a stone throw away.

There was no iron the wifi password was provided hours after arrival which we had to request. The balcony door and gate could not open.

The false add saying it's fully air-conditioned but not one ac in the whole apartment thay promised to bring extra standing fans we still waiting

The shower head and fridge was broken on arrival, we complained multiple times and no one helped. The electricity was then cut due to the owners not making payment and was off until we checked out. The staff was very unhelpful. This was very disappointing. We left the comfort of our own homes and paid to go stay somewhere that is so awful.

I liked that it is close to the beach

When we arrived the beds were not made and I have pictures as evidence and we were tired after a long drive . The property was cleaned after 8pm and we arrived at 2pm. Wifi was not working, kitchen door not working and I made many phone calls trying to resolve the issue. Balcony key was missing we couldn't use the balcony.....there were so many issue. I was promised a voucher or refund....I still haven't received it.

Close proximity of the beach

The fact that the advertisement said there is a TV and a washing machine but when we got there none of that existed. The wifi details we got were wrong, and we had to request the correct one. The one toilet seat was broken. The shower head is also broken and off. There is no washing line to even hang the wet swimsuits. Would suggest putting side curtains for a bit of privacy. For accommodation, up to 6 people only 2 towels were supplied. Also, a touch of paint would do wonders to the place. This place would definitely not be recommended to our family and friends.

The only good thing about our 1 night was the location (right by the beach).

The unit was not ready when we arrived. It was only ready at 15.30 (instead of 15.00). The host never came past. The cleaning lady tried her best, but obviously had too much to do. Struggled to find info for wifi. No aircon and no TV, as advertised. There were fans only in the bedrooms, but not downstairs. It is in desperate need of a renovation!!!! It even smells old. It is advertised as newly renovated, which is a lie. The bathroom and kitchen especially are old. The worst was the smell in the kitchen. One can smell there is a insect issue and the smell of old doom in every cupboard lingers everywhere. I also saw a cockroach. We were disgusted. The host half apologised, but offered no discount for not having what was offered per the website.
