Closeness to the beach

Keys was not on time Unit advertised was not the same on arrival One toilet roll for 4 guests over the weekend No hair dryer not enough towels Service staff was extremely unprofessional and rude Will never book here veer again neither will recommend to anyone

The location was great, right next to the beach and boardwalk. The beds were comfortable.

The host's communication was incredibly poor. During the week leading up to our stay, my inquiries were answered days later. Upon arrival, his phone was off and we could not get a hold of him to check in. We arrived at the location and waited almost 5 hours to be given check-in instructions that could have easily been given the day before when I attempted to get confirmation and instructions regarding check-in with no response. The host did not apologize or acknowledge the incredible inconvenience or lack of professional, basic, customer service. In addition, linens were missing-there were only 2 hand towels and one bath towel.

Location was brilliant

Plug points in bedrooms need some attention Property would benefit from additional cutlery/crockery and a hedge/fence of some sort on the road side would do wonders for privacy

The keys of back door was bend could not open door we reported but nobody came to fix the key No lights in the rooms only a bed lamp without globes the walls need to be painted short of cutlery curtain in kitchen are torn cottage need attention we phone the management they said they will come and help with the key we waited outside for half an hour phoned again well we stayed for three days and he never came The rooms dining room without lights there is no globes you sit and eat in darkness!! So disappointed!

Absolutely nothing!

Absolutely nothing! The guy is a fraud. He does false advertising.. he advertised an aircon. Washing machine. Webber braai stand. But nothing was there. Apparently the aircon and Washing machine both went for maintenance. But there isnt even a vent for an aircon or space showing that there was ever an aircon there. there was a filthy rusted braai stand that is fit for a bin! No line to dry clothes.. we never got the key to open the balcony apparently the previous people took the key or were flying and he was trying to locate the key throughout our 3 nights stays. The dishes were filthy. It was absolutely disgusting. He then goes on to accuse us of breaking into his cupboards and stealing his iron stone.

1. There was no aircons or washing machine as advertised 2. The advertised apartment did not state that the rooms were upstairs, my mom is visually impaired and so we struggled with stairs 3. The entire apartment was not cleaned as there were sand on the sofas and floors 4. Popcorn and biscuits were found around the dining room table 5. The shower was not cleaned. Soap scum was on the walls and taps
