Parking charges system. Its accumulates to be too expensive especially by using multiple payment cards.

It has mountain view.. with a bit of seaview at the left side of the window.. The house got ⬇️ Microwave Electric Jug Kettle Refrigerator Television Wifi Aircond Iron + iron board Hairdryer Water Heater Dishwashing Liquid Body wash + Shampoo Towels 2 in each room 1 Toilet Roll 1 small dustbin in the kitchen A cloth rack with few hangers Bedside table Dining table + 4 chairs Mugs/Plates/Bowl (Microwave safe) Cutleries 1 double bed in each room 1 make up table with mirrors in 1 room

What I didn't like.. 1. The person in charge (P.I.C) 2. The person in charge (P.I.C) 3. The person in charge (P.I.C) I'm not sure the P.I.C is the owner or staff but! The P.I.C is really annoying... up to 1 minute before check-in time at 3pm, then only the P.I.C gave me the check in instructions, key collection, Rules etc.. Usually if I book hotel/homestay online, the P.I.C will contact me a day early or at least in the morning before check in! But this time, I need to contact the P.I.C for myself a day before and guess what? The whatsapp get delivered but NO REPLY. I text again the next day, few hours before check in. Still NO REPLY. Phone number is unreachable! Its a NORMAL REACTION for a human being to start worried if suddenly I went there but NO home to stay especially if someone from FAR away. So I contact the Customer Service for help. They ask to wait until 3pm.. Luckily my home is only 1 hour from KK so I wait for the confirmation first before I go. AND! At 2.59pm only the P.I.C whatsapp me and say Hello. With a PDF file and some videos for the check in instructions, and how to throw garbage... With not even a SORRY! How rude is that? And few things are not really safe for kids which is the floor and the window (some cannot close and someone can fall from the window and DIE from 20th floor). The floor is kind of Vinyl Flooring like in the Eco Shop. At the centre of the living room, the floor is uneven and got sharp edges, luckily got a carpet and we can cover with it. Few things also broken/damage that should be fix already. 1) Television Remote Control button On/Off is missing 2) Iron board (the top board is really bad, need to replace/re-cover atleast) 3) Water Heater (Shower knob is broken, keep falling when turn on/off) And please fix the floor in the living room and check the window. Please change the person in charge.. we PAY, not staying for FREE. And the house got weird smell especially in the bathroom.

Location & size

It was quite dirty, the floor boards were coming up, the toilet seat was broken. Communication with the staff was ok in the beginning (wifi was not working, but got sorted), but refused to come back to me when I left my baby’s favourite item in the room. Not a honest service, neither accommodating nor kind.

The homestay is clean & tidy
