I had a fantastic one-night stay at Jesselton Quay. The apartment was impeccably clean and thoughtfully equipped with cooking facilities, perfect for a short family stay. The shower had a reliable heater, ensuring comfort, while the two cozy bedrooms provided ample space for my small family. Highly recommended for convenience and comfort!

"WORST CUSTOMER SERVICE EVER."

The second room is cute. The owner is cooperative and fast responds to my questions.

Honestly, this has been the worst customer service experience ever. The staff completely ignored my questions, even when I specifically asked about when I could get my deposit back. I ended up having to reach out to the owner, and guess what? The owner was actually more helpful and cooperative than the staff.😅 It was only an hour before check-in that the staff finally started asking for my booking confirmation and telling me how to check in. If I hadn't contacted the owner, I would've thought I was getting scammed. And don’t even get me started on the cleanliness. There was a mop filled with water in front of the shower room door, and I honestly couldn’t tell if the water was clean or dirty. I didn’t get a picture of it because I arrived at midnight and checked out before 5 am, but that’s not the point. I also had to take the trash out myself when I checked out, which I’ve never had to do at any other homestay. Maybe I am a little bit "kebaruan/jakun" but... If I’m paying cleaning fees, why do I have to do this? All in all, the owner is good but the staff really needs to learn some basic customer service skills!
