Very nice, green balcony with a great view, which functions as a community place. The room is probably quite new. It is not far from the main road, but the noise of the street does not reach up there. Good place to take a rest after the hustle of the streets of Kandy.

The roommates had problem with mosquitos. The carmin red floor leaves colour on textiles, such as socks and backpack. The wifi did not work, but it was probably just temporary. I missed toilet paper.

Family owned hostel which I always try to support. They are friendly and let me keep my bag through the entire day after check out. Good value for that price.

Too view from town at all

There's a lovely terrace that overlooks the hills. The room is clean - apparently fairly new. The beds are decently spaced with 2/3 plugs in the room. The bathroom is clean and the owner is happy to answer any questions you might have. They also sell bottled water if you arrive parched.

It's a little out of the town but a decent walk away during the day if you're keen. It's a little hard to find on your first try but the owner does go out of his way to send the exact location pin and even give directions to your Tuk Tuk driver if needed. The shower is cold so brace yourself.
