Dear Booking.com / Property Management, Upon checking in, I discovered that one of the air-conditioning units in the property was faulty. I immediately took a photo and informed the property. Their reply stated that due to the extended festive holiday, they were unable to repair the unit and only became aware of the issue that morning. I was disappointed with this response, as guests are only allowed to check in after 3pm. The property should have informed me in advance and given me the option to reconsider my stay, especially since they were aware that the aircond was not functioning. The overall condition of the unit was run down and clearly lacked proper maintenance. After some time, the unit became very stuffy and hot despite the other aircond and ceiling fan being switched on. The room turned humid, causing me to develop a migraine and my son to experience a nosebleed. Due to the uncomfortable and unsuitable conditions, I contacted the property again to request an alternative arrangement or a move to another unit. The property informed me that they were fully booked. I then informed them of my decision to check out and request a full refund for my stay, which I paid through Booking.com (RM220), along with the RM100 deposit. I have already checked out immediately and returned the unit key in the mailbox as per the self check-in/out instructions. I kindly request a full refund due to the unacceptable condition of the property and the failure to disclose the faulty aircond prior to check-in. I received my deposit of RM100 immediately after checking out. The property has also promptly responded to all my messages and queries, which I appreciate very much. I am now just waiting for the full refund of the room payment of RM220. The reason for our stay was because my home is quite a distance away, so we decided to check in for convenience. However, due to the issues that arose, my whole family had no choice but to return home. Thank you

The space is spacious enough for a group of 5-6 people, with a clean and bright interior, and the location is convenient.

Nothing major - perhaps a bit of minor dust in hard-to-reach corners, but it didn't affect our stay.
