No hot water. Nothing to eat from no plates no knives and forks.nothing to cook with .no were to hang clothes. No WiFi how much more do you want . The bed was broken we took photos on day 1

The door would not lock from the inside but a new lock was fitted the next day. I would definitly stay there again and enjoyed my stay 👍

There was nothing not to like, it's close to all the amenities and I didn't have to use my car which is also free to park

Location was good. A good base to visit great Yarmouth. Cute little flat.

It was overpriced for what it was and the windows had mould around it.. the heaters where outdated and it wasn’t clean at all

When I had a problem the guy came very fast and helped

The fridge was dirty, and the whole place needed a wipe. Internet only worked with 1 bar in the bedroom.

Communal stairs and corridor smelt and was dirty with stained carpet.when entering flat there was a overwhelming smell of bleach.doors.skirting boards dusty and black marks all over.cobwebs visible.loose shower fixture and not enough pressure in shower.hot tap did not get hot.no teaspoons in room not enough plates and bowls.no storage in room for clothes.
