La vue sur la mer avec est fabuleuse depuis le 3e étage et encore plus avec les couleurs du coucher de soleil. Le studio est assez spacieux y compris la salle de bains. L'endroit est très calme car c'est une rue sans issue au bord de la mer. L'hôte a été très attentif à notre satisfaction tout au long du séjour et il y avait un minimum pour pouvoir déjeuner à notre arrivée. Nous nous sommes sentis bien accueillis.

Un peu venteux sur la terrasse - peut-être à cause de l'avant saison. Localisation à l'écart de la ville - compter environ 10 min en voiture.

This apartment was the highlight of our trip! It is incredible. Very modern, very spacious and Nikos is the best host possible. Any problems we've had, he helped us and warned us about water being cut off for one day. The view is incredible and the location is quiet and very beautiful. We came with our two puppies and had the best time ever. We loved every second here and will definitely return in the future. Thank you Nikos!!

The apartment is on the 3rd floor with no elevator so it can be difficult for some people. Wasn't a problem for us, but it s important to know.

Vom Balkon aus hatte man einen tollen Blick auf's Meer. Auch ging hier immer ein kühler Wind, wenn in dem Straßen die Luft sehr warm war und fast stand. Die Küchenausstattung ist ausreichend, um ein leckeres Frühstück zuzubereiten sowie warme Kleinigkeiten. Die Waschmaschine (einschl. Waschmittel) haben wir sehr geschätzt, da wir im Anschluss an unseren Aufenthalt einen Segeltörn geplant hatten und so mit sauberer Wäsche starten konnten. Positiv zu erwähnen ist auch das kostenlose W-LAN. Es gibt eine Taverne in der Nähe. Uns hat es dort geschmeckt. Wir haben uns gefreut, dass eine Grundausstattung für ein erstes Frühstück (Butter, Marmeade, Zucker, Tee, Tassimo-Pads) sowie Wasser bei unserer Ankunft vorzufinden.

Wir haben einen Kaffeefilter und eine Kaffeekanne vermisst, um Filterkaffee aufgießen zu können; schön wäre zudem eine Knoblauchpresse (wir haben aber auch nicht danach gefragt). Eine Kapselmaschine (Tassimo) sowie ein Topf, um griechischen Kaffee zu kochen, sind jedoch vorhanden. Fußläufig haben wir keine Einkaufsmöglichkeiten gefunden, ein Auto ist aus unserer Sicht empfehlenswert. Bei einem längeren Aufenthalt ist der Platz im Kühlschrank, der über ein Gefrierfach verfühgt, eher knapp (insb. wenn man sich für rund 1 Woche bevorraten und selbst kochen möchte).

Fantastic beach-front view, large veranda, penthouse apartment newly built, great wifi router just for this apartment, full kitchen. Easy parking. Will go again next year.

Lots of stairs to get up there, but it's worth it for the views. The bathroom is modern but very dark, has only a mirror light for the whole large room. It was August, but there was a strange storm the first night and the roof tiles seem not to have the safety liner under them, with the result of a lot of water entering dripping in many places and the electricity was cut for that night.

A pleasant, comfortable stay, in a clean location equipped with everything you need, located in a quiet place, with a gorgeous view of the sunset. The host is a very kind person. 🙂
