Good location, a few minutes to the tram or bus to the airport. There is also a market and shops right there, or the stairs to Santa Barbara hill if you decide to climb it on foot. The hosts responded quickly to dripping water on the floor and it was fixed within 24 hours. TV with many channels, including English speaking CNN, BBC, etc. and Netflix.

Upon arrival, the electronic lock did not work, so we had to wait at the door for the hosts to let us in. Although there is an oven, it does not work, so forget about baking pizza in the evening. Also, the temperature adjuster of the hob burner is broken and does not adjust. Although there is a washing machine, there is no place to dry it inside, a small dryer would be useful at least for towels to hang. A mat or small towel would also be needed by the shower, because after getting out of it you have to stand on cold wet tiles. Only one towel per person and one shared one for hands in the bathroom. The entrance door is heavy and made of iron, so you will always hear it slamming because the brake/damper does not work.

Beautiful and spacious apartment in an amazing location, very clean. Fantastic communication with the owner! 100% would recommend.

Everything is nice clean and tidy. Great location in the city. I love the sofa that you can arrange it for straighten your legs or your back to lay down!

I cannot adjust the room brightness

Nice and big flat, good location. Only the problem was to find parking space nearby.

The apartment impresses with its newer, modern interior design, creating a comfortable and inviting atmosphere. The location is fantastic, with everything you need just a short distance away. A special highlight is the incredibly comfortable motorized, extendable sofa, which adds an extra level of luxury to the stay. The hosts were exceptionally kind and helpful, always ready to assist and dedicate their time, making my visit even more enjoyable.

The only minor drawbacks were the cleanliness of some kitchen utensils, which could have been better, and the window insulation, as I could hear some noise from the street above. Nevertheless, this is a top-notch accommodation that we highly recommend!

The staff at taima flats are welcoming, friendly and very accommodating. We were not entirely satisfied with the flat we booked and they immediately offered us an upgrade. The upgrade was not available for our whole stay and they offered our money back which was paid promptly.

We liked everything

we were at the 2nd floor: facility check in, closed to mercado and 10 minutes by walking from the center where there are all bars and restaurants. quite modern apartment, full equipped kitchen (except dishwasher).

It’s location is perfect: just outside the crowded noisy old city but an easy stroll to get there, easy walk to the beach. Also very close to superb market, with a well equipped kitchen to enjoy the produce. Very efficient friendly service. Excellent air conditioning. We spent 2 weeks and enjoyed every minute!
